Giving employees better incentives and bonuses could be a good way to ease some of the issues some associates have with the salaries offered here at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One thing that is always stressful to associates that work here is making sure our clients are happy. We do the best we can to really develop close working relationships with our clients. The attorneys here also do a lot to help each other out.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could be better. I also think that there should be more networking done with other firms.
