What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to pay their employees a proper wage. Otherwise employees will look to other firms and for different opportunities.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I liked the hours given for this position. It was just enough to feel like you were working hard but not overworked. Overtime was almost always available but not mandatory if employees didn't want the extra work.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm did not have great pay incentives. I had several years of experience and was offered beginning wages when I first joined. I had hoped after being at the firm for a while I would have gotten paid more, but it did not happen.
