What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Employees are cared for and treated with respect by management and the veterans of the firm.This has made transition into the firm much easier than expected.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm hires and promotes from outside the firm, which is discouraging for those within the firm looking for growth opportunities.
