What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Once you get working and get accepted as part of the group, you will be in an extremely close-knit group and it is an awesome place to be in.

What did you not like about this institution?
Until you are completely accepted, you will feel like an outsider looking in at other people having fun and working hard.
