What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Extraordinary work ethic, very thorough, highly motivated to provide Big Law quality to the Michigan and Midwest markets. Interested in understanding all aspects of clients business in order to provide quality service.
What did you not like about this institution?
By virtue of the intensity of the practice, high stress atmosphere which does not suit everyone's lifestyle. Hours and billing important factors.

Take care of your support staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have a great benefits package. The hours are flexible. Workers are very supportive.
What did you not like about this institution?
They want to make their attorneys happy and don't really care about the support staff. The environment is cliquish.

The best advice for you guys it to make sure that everyone stays happy and any problems are swiftly dealt with.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here is paid fairly and we all are given generous amounts of vacation days to use as we wish.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work can kind of drag on at times and honestly isn't really anything special or to write home about.
