Have a more concise management team to prevent projects from coming so close to reaching deadlines. A better management team would help the firm run more smoothly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I had a very generous benefits plan working here. Gordon Feinblatt has been in practice for years and I was able to learn a lot from him and the others at the firm. I gained a lot of experience here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has a reputation to maintain, and that means that occasionally things will get tense. I found this even more so when we were doing work for one of the more valued clients.
