The firm should focus on being able to grow the departments collectively. The leadership of the firm should try to work towards offering a higher salary to its hard working employees and staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a law firm that has created an environment with a core to provide opportunities to the under-represented. The leadership of the firm has made it possible to have a diverse group of working people.

What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm struggles with having some of the departments being able to grow during the overall growth of the firm. The amount of work done for the pay is very low.
