Make sure all partners know that it's in everyone's best interest to promote a transparent and meritocratic culture. Understand that some changes, while disruptive at first, are necessary to remain competitive in the future.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is mostly a pleasant atmosphere with good benefits, especially those that are retirement-related - it's a place you'd feel good about working at for a while. The work is relatively varied, and you have chances to demonstrate autonomy and judgement to others.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some partners don't seem concerned enough about those working under them, and some show favoritism to others. The firm sometimes can lack ""agility"" - I sometimes feel like they are ""stuck in their ways"", in certain regards, occasionally to their detriment.
