What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The associates at G&L are marginalized. Partners tend to work more like sole practitioners and do not seem to accept the role of mentor- manager.
What did you not like about this institution?
Associates's opinions are not valued, even when they have way more experience on an issue than the partner. Thats the firm culture- rather rigid and top- down approach.
