Allow others to stay and progress their careers by allowing them to move into higher positions. Open up more positions over all for the business.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is a great place to work at and it allows you to even further progress in one's career. I learned a lot while being there and take that with me.

What did you not like about this institution?
I did not find myself being able to progress further with this firm. I had to leave and move unto another firm.
