What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I appreciated the helpful attitude, but as soon as I made one mistake everything changed.We all make mistakes, especially people with my level of experience so go easy on us.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I enjoyed my time working at this firm.The management and other workers were all pleasant to be around and would frequently go out for drinks when we had something to celebrate.There were quite a few veterans to ask questions and get feedback from.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is rather small in comparison with other firms. The reputation is not great, but not bad either. There is a lot to prove to the veterans, and you aren't given many opportunities to make up for mistakes.
