What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to be better about the hours they offer employees. If not, they will seek more stable employment elsewhere.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is a great place to work. My favorite part is the staff parties that are held when employees are doing well. Management treats their employees like part of the family and you really feel welcomed working for this firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside is the lack of work at times. At first you don't mind when work is slow, but certain weeks can be a bit stressful having low hours and you can't pay your bills if you don't work enough.
