What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A few people here seemingly had the ability to make things unpleasant for a disproportionately large amount of others. Maybe the firm should not be organized in such a steeply hierarchical way. Few people are motivated to work their hardest when they know that only a handful of people are truly powerful within the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Support staff was helpful and dedicated. Firm had rather reasonable policies about flexible hours and other measures related to work-life balance.

What did you not like about this institution?
Younger associates were not given sufficient opportunity to grow and demonstrate skill. Some partners took the hard-working support staff for granted. Even the most resolute personnel seemed to get frustrated occasionally.
