What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing
What did you not like about this institution?
This is a racist law firm.
1) An African American attorney was fired for wearing braids.
2) I was fired after an White Male attorney saw me on my lunch break simply laughing with friends.
3) My work and a Hispanic male work was always wrong. After receiving the same document back, looking like a F graded school paper, we presented the updated document to another attorney. Again the document was returned looking like and F graded school paper with voluminous strike outs. It was ALL ABOUT THE (MINORITY ) MESSENGER AND NOT THE MESSAGE.
4) Knowing to I use public transportation, 1 attorney would always want to begin an assignment at 5 p.m. leading me into a conference room. I was so afraid walking to and standing at the bus stop. I did not hand out in the dark on my personal time.
I don't know why this firm has not been sued and dismantles! I did not have solid proof of their negligence, and disrespectful for those who did mot look like them! There is still JUDGEMENT DAY!

There should be more transfer opportunities across the system for new employees. A structured performance based growth plan is missing for most employees.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Interesting, challenging and versatile workplace. Great exposure to multiple industries and cutting edge cases. Constant focus on your professional growth and development. Overall good learning experience.
What did you not like about this institution?
The hours are long, especially when you are working for big clients. I think the biggest challenge for attorneys is career progression and lack of a defined career path, which acts as morale degradation over time.

Do not just hire Caucasian attorneys to sweep the incidents under the rug
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My husband was almost shot by a police at silverwood farm apartment and the law office was notified and they did nothing to resolve the incident that took place in front of my two kids. We are African American. Sarah Nyren was the lawyer investigating and told me they can do nothing else to help except charge 3,000$
What did you not like about this institution?
Racial discrimination against African American due to Caucasian male neighbor
