What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Create some creative training programs for those of us who are interested.Be a bit less stressful. I get that things need to get done right, but stressing isn't helping.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm offers good stable hours.The pay is what you would expect: very average.You get a small performance based bonus at the end of the year.Management is understanding, but also goal oriented.
What did you not like about this institution?
Hours are a little long at times.Management can create stressful situations.No training programs are currently in place.The environment is also not very helpful.
