Find the people that struggle with going with the flow and try to help them if at all possible to do so.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here is able to stay busy without being overworked. I wouldn't call it "stressful busy" either as it just sort of flows.

What did you not like about this institution?
The people that can't get with the flow will constantly struggle every day until they give up and leave the firm.
