What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Start figuring out why there is so much hostility between people in different ranks of the firm. People will not take appropriate risks or give maximum effort if they feel like they might be punished for acting how they thought was best, based on what they knew and the guidance they had at that time.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a decent work-life balance with an acceptable salary, considering the area and the amount of hours you'd work. I mostly got along with those at a similar level in the corporate hierarchy and felt like some had valuable things to teach me.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management seemed to have a rather adversarial relationship with large swathes of the firm; there was really a feeling that you'd constantly have to be defending and justifying yourself and your choices. This resulted in lots of turnover and little room for growth, as those in charge would rather have brought someone else in instead of teaching those with potential about their expectations and then promoting them.
