There has to be an emphasis on the firm to make sure that those who might face obstacles with some of the specifics of the field of law that the firm focuses on will have a resource to make sure they can take care of their clients the best that they can. Other than that, it is a great firm to work at.

I love working for this firm. I've always been interested in the areas of Intellectual Property, Patent Services, Trademark Services, Copyright Services, etc. since I've had projects before that dealt with having to consult with professionals for such services in the past. Finally being able to be a lawyer that practices this area of law is something I am happy to be doing. And this place is a great place to practice my passion. The firm also has a great resume of clients that some of us have kept close contacts with for business ventures outside of the firm.

If you are not really well versed in the specific area of law that the firm concentrates on, then you might find yourself fending for yourself as you learn along the way. It isn't something I experienced, but it is something that I can see being an issue with some people.
