What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Better pay and benefits could be provided to improve some of the disagreements I have with the firm. But I don't think it is anything too serious.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really like that the partners here and associates do a good job in making our clients feel welcomed. Since we do a lot of work involving families and issues of the sort it is important that we have a good and caring nature to how we approach our work. I've also been able to learn a lot from my fellow associates here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits are not the most competitive here. And we do tend to work long hours sometimes as well some times in the year.
