A Great Firm That Really CaresAbout ItsEmployees on May 19, 2024 - Former Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Former Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to hire fewer interns and focus on expanding in regards to hiring experienced professionals that have been in the field for decades, not just a few years.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I had the honor of working at this firm for two years and ended up having to take a lot of sick leave. To my surprise, I received an overwhelming amount of support and genuine love from the attorneys at this firm. There were multiple times when a few of my coworkers worked after hours to help finalize things in regards to the cases that I was responsible for.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm had too many interns working on big cases that they should of had no say in. Some of these cases were way out of their league and I felt as though we were putting our clients at risk by having some of these new interns work on some of these high stake cases.
