What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If I was management I would treat the staff better to encourage retention. Anyone will tell you good paralegals will make everything easier. I think doing this will greatly improve the firm and make it better than it already is.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found that working with other lawyers was great and laid back. Even with more experienced associates I never felt like I was on guard and could be relaxed around them. I have dealt with a number of unique cases and have benefited from it. I found many of the IP cases were one of a kind and pushed my skills.

What did you not like about this institution?
The lawyers like myself are treated great by the firm. I have not seen that great treatment with the staff. There is a high turnover rate with them. I have found that good staff is the key to getting a lot work done, and many have felt this is hurting us.
