What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
To management, I think it might do you some good to take a step back and review your entire process of how you do your job.Employees don't want to be watched by a hawk nor do we want to be yelled at on any occasion.I am a grown adult with a family and I know if I make a mistake and am well aware of the consequences.Change your attitude.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
While I worked at Fury, Doolan&Abell I was appreciated for the good work I did and was given the rare small bonus if I performed very well throughout the year.

What did you not like about this institution?
I did not enjoy my job; management was very vocal and public when they didn't like something you did.They frequently liked to sit behind me and watched me work, which is nerve wracking.The pay was a little below the medium.Parking was limited; I had to walk several blocks some days which made me late for work.
