From the get go I was given as much training as I would like but it does peak.You're personally trained by some of the veterans, who are thorough and efficient.I grew my career so much working at this firm in the four years I was there.It

What did you not like about this institution?
The atmosphere is not very competitive so after a certain point I peeked and learned everything I could at this firm and felt like I brick walled and could no longer improve.I kept trying and talking to management to fix this issue because I wasn't the only one but we couldn't come up with any good ideas.
