Have people ready to help people that are having issues to make sure that the quality stays as high as possible.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I actually enjoy and have fun with the work at this firm. It is challenging but interesting work in my opinion.

What did you not like about this institution?
The quality standard for the work here is extremely high and it can be stressful to try and keep up with those standards.
