What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to lighten the work load for employees a bit. This way, they won't feel stressed and overwhelmed.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is a pretty fun place to work. Employees are easy to get along with and everyone carries a positive attitude. The work environment couldn't be better and even management is very easy going and approachable.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only thing I would change about this firm is the work load. It can feel very overwhelming at times and the work balance is very uneven. I feel I don't get to see my family as much as I would like and it seems very consistent at times.
