Try to work on fixing the employees' issues to make things more enjoyable for everyone in the workplace if they are fixable things.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay here is extremely competitive and we get regular pay raises. We also get bonuses based on how we have done.

What did you not like about this institution?
Most people are here because they could not find another job that paid enough for what they needed. People are miserable all throughout the day.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Extremely ethical workplace. The partners of this law firm truly care about their staff. This is an organization of around 50 total and individual attention and thoughtfulness is throughout the firm. Coworkers are a team and management is generous. There are many small perks in addition to great pay and benefits. The best law firm I have ever worked at.

What did you not like about this institution?
Strict 8-5 schedule, unlike small law firms who may start at 9am and only work 3-4 days per week.
