This firm needs to treat all of their employees equally, that way others won't feel left out and want to leave in the long run.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm treats you well when you first start out. The pay is good and management is there to help train you and make sure you're ready for your position. They were also there in the beginning to help me and answer any question I have.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, after a while this firm seems to not care about you. They value seniority and treat employees differently. There is a double standard working for this firm and the favoritism is obvious.
