What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It's a great place to work and you can learn lots of new things. I haven't experienced any real difficulties or challenges in my career at Vedder Price, P.C.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I had a challenging position at Vedder Price, P.C. with great responsibilities. I enjoyed the daily challenges and the people I worked with. The Purpose and Vision are much focused and gives a clear picture of where the organization is heading for the future.
What did you not like about this institution?
Biggest challenge is meeting deadlines as there is not enough time during the day. Outdated software applications and systems. Pay is slightly lower than average industry pay.

Don't feel overwhelmed at first, because it's a pretty chill environment once you get used to the intense workflow.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I started at Vedder Price, P.C. 4 years ago and I'm sure I made the right choice. Management is very understanding and will do whatever they can to help you succeed.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is a huge workload and sometimes it seems like it will never end. But they understand that there are only so many hours in the day.

5.Current Employee, more than 1 yearPositive Work EnvironmentDocument Center Operator in Chicago, ILRecommendProsManageable workload and opportunity for growth and training. -Hybrid/Remote schedule -Nicest lawyers I have ever worked for in a law firm capacity -Management genuinely cares for staff -Toxic abuse/disrespect of any sort is not tolerated, firmwide and management backs us up.ConsVery bad and slow technology. -Expectations and pressure can sometimes be unreasonable to fulfill more than what we are capable of with not enough staff. -Unfortunately and common with after hours shift, exclusion from firm events and such. Also the ability to not be permanently & fully remote due to our hours for safety reasons. There are no exceptions or flexibility, ever.
