Keep doing what you are doing in terms of staff morale. This is a great place to work and don't change that. Offer incentives or travel compensation to help with travel expenses.

This firm offers generous compensation and salary packages. They have an inviting and welcoming atmosphere that makes it a joy to work for.

What did you not like about this institution?
The location isn't the best. It's located downtown so traffic and parking can sometimes be a problem. If traveling from out of the city you need to plan for at least an hour commute.
