Advice to law firm management: Keep doing what you are doing in terms of staff morale. This is a great place to work and don't change that. Offer incentives or travel compensation to help with travel expenses.
Pros: This firm offers generous compensation and salary packages. They have an inviting and welcoming atmosphere that makes it a joy to work for.
Cons: The location isn't the best. It's located downtown so traffic and parking can sometimes be a problem. If traveling from out of the city you need to plan for at least an hour commute.
