Advice to law firm management: I would advise management to branch out and take on different cases. Attorneys get somewhat burnt out working the same cases repeatedly.
Pros: The management of the firm strongly believes in allowing attorneys to work cases independently. Management was available to aide but I was free to make decisions on cases without interference from management.
Cons: The work became somewhat monotonous at times. Although the cases were plentiful they were basically the same types of cases which then became quite predictable.
I was able to obtain my new job through LawCrossing. I love your service! Hopefully, I won't need your help for a while, but if I do, I'll certainly sign up again. I have already told others about your great site.
