What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would advise management to branch out and take on different cases. Attorneys get somewhat burnt out working the same cases repeatedly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The management of the firm strongly believes in allowing attorneys to work cases independently. Management was available to aide but I was free to make decisions on cases without interference from management.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work became somewhat monotonous at times. Although the cases were plentiful they were basically the same types of cases which then became quite predictable.
