Continue to make your clients happy and make sure that your employees are happy as well. I believe that many are, but there are handfuls that are curious aboutother employment opportunities.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is providing the experience that I need to further my career. Many of my fellow attorneys have been supportive mentors and are more than willing to help when asked.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm feels a little stuffy. The work environment is not what I want for myself long-term. The mindset here feels very "southern."
