What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Maybe the firm could be a little more organized so that there aren't things that the lawyers need at the last minute. It would help to have sections dedicated to specific cases and maybe a check off list of things in the cases that need to be done.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm values teamwork and helping each other out. You won't be finding anyone backstabbing or trying to undermine anyone else here. This is a great workplace with positive attitudes and a helpful staff.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only really bad thing is that at times the firm can be demanding on things they need in a time crunch. Sometimes the lawyers need something done fast and will hound the staff for it to be done.
