Add incentives for reaching monthly or yearly milestones for us hardworking individuals. This will boost morale and make us more productive than we already are. Real days off.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a great competitive working environment that promotes pushing things to the limit and being successful. It has a salary based pay that is above the average. Benefits are good as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are no incentives to reach certain goals other than competition and job security. You can work for longer hours than expected and on days that you have off.
