Management needs to figure out what they want and how to let someone progress in their career and make it better for them. Otherwise, it's a great place to be around and enjoyable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It is a very nice environment to work in. It is very enjoyable and everyone gets along. It is very nice and works perfectly. Everyone works with each other and makes sure that all the work load is spread great.

What did you not like about this institution?
I really think that management needs to make greater opportunities for moving up. While it's nice to work there and has plenty to learn, moving up doesn't seem like it would happen in this firm
