What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should relegate some of the work to the interns. And I think a better bonus and incentive package can help with some of the cases that require more hours.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm advocates treating the clients with respect by making sure their cases are dealt with our attention to detail. The firm has a good reputation due to the quality of work we do. It's a good thing I have great associates here that I work with to help me when I have issues.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work load can be a bit overwhelming depending on the cases and clients. And some clients have more of an importance with the firm so those cases can be a bit more stressful.
