Management needs to offer better payment to employees who have worked there for a long time. The starting pay is good, but there is nowhere to go from there.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment for this firm has shown to be nothing but positive. Employees report that their experience with Underwood & Roberts was upbeat and friendly and employees were always willing to help one another out. The firm truly feels like a family.

What did you not like about this institution?
The compensation for the firm could be a lot better. People have reported that other firms in the area pay much more than this firm and have left due to these issues. Management doesn't want to compensate employees more and this is turning them away.
