Try to expand the firm and allow more different positions to be filled so that way those who want to stay with the firm can continue to do so.

At first it takes some getting used to but working at this firm is a great experience. I have learned a lot and have experienced much.

I feel like I will outgrow this firm at some point as I do not see any other positions available for me within the firm.

Find a balance with work and life. There are many responsibilities expected from you when you work at this firm, while it can feel rewarding, it becomes exhausting. Keep track of your superiors if you are in need of questions being answered.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working with this firm is very rewarding and professional staff here makes you feel right at home. The work here is demanding, but rewarding. The professional staff is great and goes out of their way to work around your needs and schedule. Large workspaces are provided by the firm and workloads are distributed evenly here. While personal growth is limited, it is available if you are dedicated and motivated. Overall, this is a great firm to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
Hours here are long and tedious. With so much work expected from you, at times it can become difficult to balance life and work. It is sometimes difficult to receive a response from superiors as everyone always is busy.
