What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would honestly start trimming off the bad fruits on the workforce, and build on the already strong members that remain. I honestly feel sad that I no longer work for them.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have great areas for employees such as the break room, and other facilities to use when not on an active shift. Also, they are extremely fair to employees. If you do your job, they will compensate you for it.

What did you not like about this institution?
I believe that some of the employees were there just to earn a paycheck, and I did not enjoy working with them, but that is not their fault entirely as people change after an interview.
