Keep employees around by offering them incentives and allowing them to grow in the company overall. That will make things better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working at this firm allowed me to learn and grow and I very much appreciate that about it. It has some great people working there.

What did you not like about this institution?
I was offered a position from another firm and had to accept as this firm did not want to do anything to match what they offered.

Keep treating your workers like family and with respect as you do now. Fostering a welcoming and relaxed workplace really makes coming to work a pleasure.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The tone of the office is very laid back and relaxed compared to a lot of law firms. Management is not over aggressive with the caseload and you always know where you stand with them.

What did you not like about this institution?
Opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited for associates. Pay scale is lower than some of the other companies in Austin. Parking is terrible.
