What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should try to put an emphasis on positive atmosphere when it comes to forging new working relationships with clients and attorneys, which would help create more opportunities for associate advancement.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm specializes in areas of the law dealing with intellectual property, trademarks, patents, and copyrights. I am able to meet with many interesting clients because of this. And due to the firm's great history with clients, there are a lot of great projects and cases that are trusted upon to the attorneys by the partners. I love the people I work with. And the work environment encourages going beyond what is expected. The pay is also great. And I get chances to network outside of my profession.

What did you not like about this institution?
Being able to move up within the firm is not very easy. It's also understandable since there are a lot of clients that tend to put more trust with associates that they have long history of working with in regards to cases and projects.
