Ensure that all facilities are upgraded to be in line with similar firms' properties - it's an important part of having pride in one's firm. Take steps to ensure a more equitable office culture where the loudest people don't overwhelm those who just want to keep their heads down and get their work done.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Compensation is pretty good at this firm. The work is steady, and the firm realizes the importance of efficiency to a greater extent than many other firms do, meaning that they really help you make the most of your time; you don't waste a lot of time with inefficient and outdated billing procedures, which helps keep you focused.

What did you not like about this institution?
The environment at the firm can sometimes leave a little something to be desired, in a number of ways. Physically, some parts of certain offices are outdated. More importantly, in terms of how people get along, there is too much emphasis put on inter-office politics - a common and perhaps unavoidable issue that nevertheless is off-putting to a certain type of person.
