they hired a racist, that racist told me stay out the country, that racist was a known conflict of interest, that racist held exparte hearing on her own so called client, that racist hired outsider to hack clients web server and erase website and data files. that racists act were sent to the feds prior. that racist will bring trouble to you as she did me. need email proof just ask, email is showing. she even tried to change times on email like shes savvy enough to bypass google timestamp. in the words of a tech Id10t’s never learn

Maybe leadership should ease up on the workload, especially for newer associates. The firm would probably have less of a problem with burnout and attrition if they did.
If you're a newer attorney you're going to get a lot of experience working here. Sometimes it seems like I have more cases than I can handle, but I know that I'm getting exposure to things that I otherwise wouldn't have.
The high workload is a both a good and a bad thing. On the one hand I get to see a lot of cases, but on the other hand it can feel like I'm drowning in work. I've seen some other new associates burn out.
