What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Offer some more training for people that don't have as much experience as I did when I started here.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked for several different firms but this has to be my favorite. There are always really interesting and exciting cases to take on and they are challenging.

What did you not like about this institution?
The challenge might be too much for people that are newer in the field. Some easier cases could help newbies get situated.
