Advice to law firm management: Upper management needs to eliminate the use of gossip in the work place and emphasize the impact it has on other employees. People come into work to get things done and pointless drama only causes problems.
Pros: This firm has always showed me a great deal of kindness and respect. I am always treated as a valuable member of this establishment and not taken advantage of by upper management. Management is incredibly dedicated to their employees and always tries to ensure their happiness is met.
Cons: The only issues with this firm were the other employees and a lack of management. Employees treated the environment much like a high school and gossip was constantly running about. I felt management could have done a better job of dealing with complaints.
