It might be a good idea to relax the strictness of stuff a bit for everyone to relax things a bit.
Everything here moves along quickly even when problems arise without many issues or slowdowns in the workplace for the most part.
The managers here are extremely strict and you need to be on your toes at all times or you will risk punishment.
I would like to see some new faces around the office so that we can take on cases that are more interesting. I'd also like to see us expand our current office location as well.
Everyone really cares about their clients here and takes their work very seriously. I never feel overburdened with work. Pay is excellent as well as the benefits.
The office can feel very confined and closed in at times. The work can be quite dull and monotonous at times as well. Room for growth feels slightly restricted.
You may want to look elsewhere if you need a higher pay rate. You should definitely consider this firm, however, if you need experience and want to get your feet wet practicing law on a daily basis.
There are a lot of highly respected attorneys at this firm. You will get to know them and learn from their practices. This will be great for you as a young associate. You will get hands-on work in the courtroom and you will work one-on-one with clients.
Many law firms know they have their choice among associates, so the pay will not be excellent, unless you are a more established lawyer with a book of business. Be prepared to put in a lot of work and be dissatisfied with your pay. That seems to be the way it goes.
Thank you.
