What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see some attorneys hired that are available to work throughout the late afternoon into the evening hours to help out those that need help when the office is normally mostly empty.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great teamwork. Everyone has a strong sense of pride and virtue in their daily dealings with both fellow coworkers and clients. The salary is also great and it feels like family being here.

What did you not like about this institution?
I have seen a few other attorneys get overwhelmed with their work load and could not get help when they needed it later in the evening. I feel as though we can be a bit too tight knit at times, which can be suffocating.
