I work at this firm and I must say this place has an environment to grow. The firm is a small one but allows me to learn a lot while being a part of a healthy work culture. People here are really supportive whenever I've had any trouble working.

Laziness is one factor that has been observed. Some paralegals tend to play the blame game. But apart from these there is not anything bad.
