High price and low service

What did you not like about this institution?
They don't care, they mix the documents and case denied. they never regret because for them you are just a case. USA is once in a life time opportunity. Don't waste with such loosers.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Worse and unprofessional staff. I don't know if they know how to use emails. They never reply once you pay them.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I wish they stop the business and stop cheating the customers.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
More permanent positions would be nice for someone like me. I would be very happy spending the rest of my career here.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was so happy to be working at Ballon, Stoll, Bader & Nadler, P.C. and couldn't have found a better place to work. The environment was very professional and friendly; I got so much done in the time I was there.

What did you not like about this institution?
I couldn't stay longer! I was a temporary hire to fill in for another staff member that was on international business for 2 years.
