Lighten up; HR,the other staff and I are working hard to ensure we meet deadlines and do our best work. We work best when we're not stressed.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and makes going to work every day more pleasant and a reason to get up in the morning. The pay is great, with some bonuses here and there.

What did you not like about this institution?
I have not enjoyed my interactions with HR; they can be disrespectful and unrealistic when they're stressed. They're all about business, and forget I am a person.
