I would say that some more training wouldn't hurt at all. I could have used more training in my first weeks.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was interested in this firm as my first choice out of law school, and was very impressed with the staff and how accommodating they all are.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work can be daunting and overwhelming at first, but it gets easier with time and experience.
